Will you answer the call?

It's been another tough week in America. People dying of a virus because a president cared more about his re-election than our health and safety. Disparities persisting in every system that creates or distributes power and wealth, all based on a fictional concept of "race". And now, the highest court in our nation losing a true champion of equal rights for all, someone who cherish and protected our Constitution.

It's heartbreaking.

But we cannot despair. We cannot give up. We cannot give in to those bullies who try to shout loudest and spread hate. We can all still do something, big or small, to protect our democracy and to give voice to those who are least represented. We can push back against the hate and division.

Will you answer this call to defend our democracy?

Eric is running for Lake County State's Attorney because he wants Lake County to be fairer and safer for everyone. He will bring more focus on support for victims of domestic violence and address Lake County's shameful track record on wrongful convictions.

Gina wants to make sure that District 4 (nearly all of Benton Township) has real representation on the Lake County Board.

Connect & volunteer - There are lots of great candidates running for all levels of elected office. They could really use your help distributing literature, calling voters, addressing mail, entering data and delivering yard signs.
