Stop the Purge in Wisconsin

Voting rights in Wisconsin are under attack. More than 200,000 people are at risk of being purged from Wisconsin’s voter registration rolls – that’s about 7% of all the registered voters in the state! And the letter asking them to confirm their address? It didn’t even warn them that they could LOSE their right to vote if they didn’t respond.

This form of voter suppression is designed to help Republicans and Trump win in a state that went for him by the very slimmest of margins in 2016.

Help the Kenosha County Democrats PREVENT THE PURGE!

• Tuesdays starting March 3, 5-7 p.m.

• Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays starting March 4, 1-4 p.m.

• Location: Kenosha County Dems office at 5712 7th Avenue Kenosha WI 53140

This will involve cross-checking the purge list against their Voter Access Network so we can notify Democratic and Dem-leaning voters that they need to clear up their registrations. If you have a laptop, please bring it with you.
